A leading digital lending fintech is hiring a senior Java backend engineer to act as tech lead in Bangalore.
What you would do
- Build and run scalable, high-performance backend services
- Design system architecture and backend workflows, including monolith-to-microservices transitions
- Optimise performance and debug production issues such as latency and memory problems
- Mentor and guide other engineers
What they ask for
- 5–7 years maximum of relevant software engineering experience
- 4+ years running distributed systems in production
