A manufacturing or heavy-industry employer in Cato Ridge is hiring a GCC Engineer for its factories, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
What you would do
- Ensure compliance with the OHS Act, GMR 2.1 and factory regulations
- Oversee plant maintenance, equipment reliability and safe operations
- Manage statutory inspections, audits and engineering documentation
- Lead engineering teams and promote a zero-harm safety culture
- Drive plant efficiency, continuous improvement and sustainability
What they ask for
- BTech/BEng/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- GCC Factories Certificate
- At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing or heavy industry, preferably packaging or FMCG
- Leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
