A distribution and business services company in the Philippines is hiring an experienced Financial Controller to lead its finance operations and governance.
What you would do
- Oversee accounting, treasury, payroll and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Manage cash flow, working capital and credit control
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management analyses
- Ensure tax, statutory and regulatory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls, governance and risk management
What they ask for
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure
- Expertise in financial reporting, treasury, taxation and internal controls
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and credit management
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Tally, Odoo, QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
