Awash Bank is hiring a Regional Director and Relationship Managers to lead regional banking operations and grow customer relationships.
What you would do
- Lead branch planning, performance monitoring and reporting for the region
- Open branches and oversee credit processing and property evaluation
- Relay customer needs from branches to support product development
- Address performance issues and propose business growth strategies
- Attract, deepen and manage financial relationships to meet deposit and loan goals
- Prospect and acquire new customers while growing existing relationships
What they ask for
- BA Degree in Management or related fields
- At least twelve years of banking experience, five in a senior Branch Manager role
- Training in banking operations and leadership
- BA Degree in a business-related discipline
- At least eight years of banking sector experience
- Experience serving affluent high net worth clients preferred
