What you would do
- Dispense medicines according to prescriptions and treatment guidelines
- Advise patients on correct medicine use, dosage and completing treatment
- Manage medicine stock, check expiry dates and follow FIFO and FEFO
- Dress wounds while following infection prevention and control
- Give injections as prescribed and follow safety rules
- Monitor patients after injection and dispose of medical waste safely
What they ask for
- Diploma in nursing or pharmacy
- At least one year of professional experience as a nurse in health programmes supported by national or international NGOs
- Experience with mobile health and nutrition teams, BPHS clinics or hospitals
- Male candidate
