A company in the IT sector is hiring a Technical Lead for Data Engineering on a contract basis in Sri Lanka to lead enterprise data engineering work and mentor engineering teams.
What you would do
- Lead enterprise data engineering and architecture initiatives
- Design scalable distributed data processing solutions
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data integration frameworks
- Implement large-scale processing with Apache Spark
- Optimize database performance, queries and storage
- Mentor data engineers and drive CI/CD, DevOps and Agile practices
